Whether or not you're attending Bakechella in June 2023, we’re going to be teaching our *EPIC* Florals Four Ways Break Out class. This is an optional add-on class that happens during the event, and is in addition to my speaking engagement as a presenter. You DO NOT have to be an attendee at Bakechella in order to take the class!!

In this 4-hour, hands-on class, I’ll help you create beautiful, high-impact floral designs with royal icing, utilizing approachable techniques. This class is suitable for all levels of royal icing decorators. Sample photos are for reference only—the exact designs for the class will be released by April 2023. You’re going to walk away with new friends and knowledge to help you advance your hobby or business. This class is normally priced at $299.
In this class, you’ll learn how to create florals with royal icing in four different ways:
- 3D piped florals
- wet-on-wet florals with line accents
- icing transfer florals
- palette knife florals
What’s included in class:
- All supplies (most of which you get to keep!), icing prepped in advance, naked cookies
- Our royal icing recipe
- Demo on how to make the icing consistencies for the various florals & a discussion on what matters based on your preferences
- 4 hours of LIVE hands-on, step-by-step instruction w/ interactive Q&A – I’ll be there to help everyone
- Practice session before working on cookies
- 4 large cookies that you decorate in class
- A swag bag worth $50+ that includes supplies (work mat, piping bags, palette knife, piping tips and so much more), merch, and a custom cookie baked and decorated by me
