Master Elites are highly pigmented powdered food coloring. Intended to tint royal icing, fondant, buttercream and isomalt. It is not a fat soluble product and will not work to color chocolate. Most colors are 4 grams. White and Black are larger since it requires more powder to achieve the same level of pigmentation as other colors. Get your color education HERE.
