Shipping and Returns

If you have an issue or comment, please contact us ASAP (help@borderlandsbakery.com), we want to help. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-case basis. Below are some general terms and details about Borderlands Bakery's shipping and returns.

• Orders are typically shipped with 3 business days of being placed.
• 3D printed products are printed to order and ship within 5 business days.
• Physical products may be returned with 10 days of purchase, but will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• If your product is defective for any reason, contact us to start a return, exchange or replacement.
• We do not offer refunds on digital products.
• We typically refund shipping overages of $2 or more, provided after we print your shipping label so we know actual cost.
• We have a 30 day grace period for digital downloads where if you lose them within that period, we’ll replace them. Otherwise, you’ll need to purchase them again.
• By making a purchase on this website, you release us of all liability regarding loss/delayed/damaged packages, since they are handled by the courier.
