We’ve adapted our recipe over 5 years in an attempt to create a not-too-sweet-, full shell. Recipe also includes some tips/tricks, including advice on what things are important vs. not, some advice that might be contrary to most recipes you’ve seen around the internet.

While I love my recipes and I know many of you do as well, I never say that any recipe is fool proof. There are SO many factors to consider– equipment (baking pans, mats/parchments, oven type, what rack you bake on), method/technique, whether or not you are REALLY following the recipe < the last one is the trickiest– because sometimes we think we’re doing something… but we lack awareness of what we’re actually doing. Use these recipes as a starting point for tweaking them to work for you. Good luck!

    Lisa’s recipe is amazing! I love how it includes a calculator so you don’t have to try and get the exact grams of egg whites. You still need to play around a bit as everyone’s environment is different, but they gave me the best results of all the recipes I’ve tried in the beginning. She also has great tips on her Instagram highlights! And not to mention they taste so good. Highly recommend it!

    So happy about this recipe – its was a complete game changer for me! For months since first trying to make macarons, I was struggling at lot. When I finally decided to try this recipe I can confirm that everything that comes within it is SO WORTH IT. From the excel calculator to the details – without a doubt its been helpful and has upped my confidence in making these little guys. My shells have been getting better and taste-wise, I’ve always preferred this recipe’s ingredient ratio! This recipe has given me consistent results and its been almost a year since using it (also as other have mentioned, you need to also pay attention to all the variables that come with making macarons, but again this recipe does go over those and Lisa provides consistent tips on her Instagram page). It’s been a lovely experience using this! Highly recommend!

    This is my love letter to you and your macaron course! Just about every tip and trick there is online was provided in your comprehensive course. I think if anyone just starting off bought your course, they would save hours and hours of research time! You are so thorough but also minimal/simple in technique (does that make sense?). I love the recipe calculator. I still refer back to the course all the time for reminders and just double checking my info. The troubleshooting chart is highly useful! And of course, the macs tastes amazing. I’m so glad I made the purchase early on and it was the first introduction to my mac journey. It gave me such a good foundation to work with.     Best recipe out there and the calculator is genius! This is the only recipe I use and I constantly get compliments on the look and taste of my macrons! I even had a person tell me they were better than all the ones they tasted in France! Not sure about that, but he was very convincing! Lol

    I tried one other recipe before this and was getting inconsistent results. Lisa’s excel spreadsheet is so precise that no matter the size of my batch, I get perfect macs every time. They are full, the bottoms aren’t sticky and my feet are sky high. I’ve sold thousands of them over the last year and a half and have only gotten rave reviews! I’ve been asked numerous times for my recipe and I always send them here to buy it for themselves. I highly recommend making this small investment in a recipe that will serve you well long term!
