Our version 1 baking mats are designed with a rounded edge to better fit into your baking trays, and purposefully thin to conduct heat faster to mimic the behavior of parchment and teflon mat heat conduction, with the even heat distribution of silicon mats. Parchment can leave the bottoms of your baked cookies wrinkly during a bake and this doesn’t happen with silicon mats. There is less browning on bottoms of sugar cookies with silicon mats than on parchment, and if cookies are kept to fully cool on the mats, moisture is trapped better for a softer, longer last cookie (depending on how much you bake them). Non-stick, easy to clean, and oven safe up to 450degrees F. Fits a standard half sheet tray size. These mats ship ROLLED and need to ship priority due to their size.
