Works incredibly well on royal icing, fondant, gumpaste, chocolate, macarons, bread and more. Not so great on fat applications like chocolate. Store lying FLAT (laying on its side) to keep the ink flowing and ALWAYS put the cap back on tightly after use- they will dry out quickly!
